Sometimes when I wake up in he morning my mind can be a little muddled.
I usually recognize this as a need to exercise, either walking or swimming, and this does usually work as a great tool to move my state of mind to a better place.
Besides the actual exercise, this also puts me out in the world, and facing the world seems to play a part in grounding me as I rise to the occasion and put my best foot forward with a smile and a more positive attitude.
I find myself assuming the mantle of one who presents a positive attitude to those I encounter, including,… Myself!
We all sometimes encounter challenging situations.
How we handle these situations in a positive manner can and will get better with practice, and even a very small start, such as giving a positive greeting to those we pass along the way, may be just what we need to start us on our way!
Every time that we do this we are practicing an act of making things better. As they say, “Practice makes Perfect.”
For me, getting started is often the hardest part.
I hope that some of you out there might find these thoughts useful.
Blessings to all,
Daniel
