So many people today wish for a better life.
This may manifest as a better job, a better relationship, better health, basically some skill set improvement that will help them move toward the fulfillment of their goals.
T’ai Chi may be useful in these situations. Using the concept of Balance, we are enabled to become more effective in our efforts in many of these areas.
This works in a multitude of endeavors because as we learn to become aware of our state of balance, or lack there-of, we may stop wasting much of our energy to keep from falling, be it physically, emotionally, mentally or spiritually.
As we develop the habits that maintain these various states of balance, that energy that has been disapated in just keeping us from falling may then be applied to moving us toward our goals in a more healthy manner.
Practically speaking, we may concentrate on any task without needing to shore up our internal structures and defenses at every step.
Just as it is with the physical T’ai Chi movements, a simple movement (Think Elegant Simplicity), is often more effective and powerful than one that is burdened with the un-necessary complexities that often may cloud the desired outcome.
Namaste,
